For package tours by bus

1. BOOKINGS

Radolfzell Tourist Information is pleased to discuss all tours with you over the phone. However, bookings must be made in writing or by fax. To book a package offer, a binding travel contract has to be concluded on the basis of the services and prices described in our brochure.
Before contract conclusion, you receive a copy of our full general terms and conditions together with confirmation of your reservation. The contract between the participant and Tourist Information as operator is drawn up on receipt of the travel confirmation.
For organisational reasons, bookings must be made five days before the tour is due to start.

2. PAYMENT

The total cost of the tour is payable by bank transfer to Tourist Information after the event. The tour price refers to the actual number of participants. If the number of participants registered differs from those who actually took part, this does not affect the tour price. Additional participants shall be invoiced separately.

3. SERVICES

The performance contractually agreed is described in the brochure and listed in the relevant information on the travel confirmation.
In the case of groups of up to 30 people, only one accompanying person or a coach driver shall be entitled to eat free of charge in the restaurant; the costs incurred for each additional accompanying person shall be payable to Tourist Information in Radolfzell. In the case of groups of 31+ people, both the coach driver and the courier shall be entitled to eat free of charge in the restaurant.

4. CHANGES TO PRICE AND PERFORMANCE

Any deviations from and changes to individual items of contract performance which may become necessary subsequent to the conclusion of the contract and which are brought about by Tourist Information in good faith shall be permissible if they are not substantial deviations and changes and do not have a detrimental effect on the overall character of the performance booked.
We shall notify you of any cancellations or of any changes or deviations in performance without delay.

5. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Should you cancel your trip before the event, please notify Tourist Information immediately.
If the participant cancels up to four days before the start of the event, no fees shall be charged. In the case of cancellations made less than four days before or on the day of the event, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total amount shall be payable.

6. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

The package offers are only available for a minimum of 20 people.

7. LIABILITY

Tourist Information shall be liable for the conscientious preparation of the event, the careful selection and monitoring of the service providers, the correctness of the descriptions in the brochure and for correct contract fulfilment.
The tour participant shall take part in the tour at his/her own risk.
Contractual liability, regardless of the legal reason, shall be limited to three times the price of the tour. The warranty claims are based on the German Travel Tour Contracts Act. Liability shall not apply to personal injury unless the tour operator is responsible due to the fault of his service provider.
Claims that arise as a result of performance not rendered in accordance with the contract shall be made to Tourist Information in Radolfzell immediately and no later than one month after the contractually agreed date of delivery of performance (period of limitation). Contractual claims made by the tour participant shall expire six months after the end of the contractually agreed tour.

8. CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND REFERENCES

Should the tour not be provided as agreed in the contract, the customer shall only be entitled to the statutory warranty rights of remedy, self-help remedy, reduction in the tour price, contract cancellation and compensation if the customer did not neglect to notify an irregularity during the tour.
In the event of a defect during the tour, the passenger can only remedy the defect him/herself or, in the case of a considerable defect, cancel the trip if Tourist Information has been given a suitable amount of time in which to remedy the defect. Tourist Information Radolfzell shall accept a notice of defects.
For this event, we recommend the conclusion of a liability and accident insurance. Furthermore, luggage insurance and travel cancellation insurance is also recommended. Many banks and insurance companies offer such insurance policies.

9. EXTERNAL SERVICES

The tour operator shall not be liable for defects in performance of services in connection with outside services which we merely pass on and which are expressly identified as third-party services in the tour specification.
